Synopsis

In 2025, employee benefits continue to be a critical component of an organisation’s Total Rewards and Employee Value Proposition. With salary levels in Singapore remaining highly competitive, companies are increasingly leveraging innovative and differentiated benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. As the workforce becomes more flexible, remote, and diverse, there is a growing need for employers to rethink their employee benefits strategies to optimise their Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure they meet the evolving expectations of employees. 

This session will explore the latest trends in employee benefits in Singapore. Participants will gain insights into the types of benefits that are most prevalent, their usage patterns, latest market benchmarks and how to align them with organisational goals to foster performance, engagement, and retention. 
 
Employers also have to grapple with new legislation and policies on benefits such as paternity leave, shared parental leave and flexible work arrangement requests. This session will cover how employers have responded to some of these changes, and how they have managed some of the challenges. 
 
Throughout the session, exclusive data from the latest SNEF and MOM surveys will be shared with participants, giving them a clear understanding of market trends to craft forward-looking benefits strategies.
