Administrative Details1. No cancellation is allowed after the issuance of invoice but replacement of participants is allowed. Please inform our staff at least 3 working days before the workshop if the participant is unable to make it and let us know the name and email of the participant replacing the staff who is unable to attend.2. Payment methods includes cheque payment and various electronic methods (e.g. Credit Card, PayNow, etc.). The full list of payment methods will be provided in the issued invoice.3. Videography, photography services and/or audio recordings may be engaged at this event. Images will be taken for publication, publicity or related use. By attending this event, you hereby give your consent for your image or voice ("data") to be recorded at this event and for such data to be used or quoted in internal printed materials by SNEF and/or external media channels (including social media sites).
