Synopsis
As Singapore steps into 2025, the economic outlook was downgraded to forecasted GDP growth of 0-2%, from the increased uncertainty and impact from the announcement of US tariffs in March 2025. The global economy continues to face evolving challenges, including geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions and economic uncertainties, and the focus now is for employers to adapt to them and leverage emerging opportunities. 

This session offers employers the latest economic, labour, and wage insights, to effectively navigate the changing landscape in 2025 and 2026. Given the volatility of the global economy and local labour market dynamics, organisations must rethink their employment practices in the context of the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.  

Latest data on global and regional economic outlook, Singapore’s economic outlook, business outlook, wage growth trends, and labour market shifts from SNEF surveys and reputable sources will be shared, to help employers stay agile and strategic.

This session will be facilitated by the SNEF Centre for Labour Information & Analytics (CLIA). Limited seats are available due to the exclusivity of the event.

Please inform our staff at least 3 working days before the workshop if the participant is unable to make it and let us know the name and email of the participant replacing the staff who is unable to attend.
